Meet Our Staff

Alex is our social media manager! She works as a pediatric occupational therapy assistant full time, but also started with us in the summer of 2023.

Even though she mainly does work online, you can sometimes catch her in the office helping out with a few things too. Alex grew up in Halifax, NC, but moved back to Kingsport in 2021 to be closer to her family.

Alex loves cats, Halloween, crafting, and hanging out with friends and family in her free time. Make sure to follow our social media pages to see some of Alex’s work!!

Jessica is a graduate of Reflections of Health School of Massage. As well as her massage license, she holds
a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from ETSU. She focuses on the overall well-being of her clients.

She is known for her ability to alleviate low-back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, lack of shoulder rotation, as well as hip pain and so much more.

Whether you need to come in just to relax for a Swedish massage or have a problem area that needs attention, Jessica will make sure to listen and you will feel heard.

Brianna is our main receptionist and has been with us since May of 2021. She is our Office Manager, Nikki’s,
niece and has been an amazing part of the team. Brianna loves to form bonds with our patients and make them feel at home and comfortable in the office.

Her favorite things about working here include meeting new people, helping people, and having a laid back work environment. She has said MANY times this is her favorite job and that she never wants to leave!

She is from Pike County, KY and moved to the Tri-Cities August of 2019. Brianna loves to crochet, paint, and do just about any craft you can think of! Her favorite color is green, which fits because she loves nature (especially foraging for mushrooms and collecting cool
rocks). We are happy to have her as part of the Muse Family Chiropractic team!
